Family friendly cottage perched on the rocky coastline of Bay Point. This original cottage has the charm and rich history of the point. Looking directly out to Fort Popham and Gilbert Head. The dynamic water frontage at the mouth of the Kennebec offers the best fishing in the area-striper abound. Seals frolic. The osprey, eagles, great blue heron and more majestic creatures catch flight. Enjoy spectacular sunsets at the end of a day on the coast of Maine.



Entrance to the cottage leads directly into the kitchen. A quaint kitchen equipped with full size refrigerator, range, microwave, coffee maker. Spacious living room is situated on the water side of the home. Multiple sitting areas in the living room including a daybed. Separate dining room to seat 6 comfortably. There is a deck off the dining room with seating for a south westerly view out to Popham. Four bedrooms, include 1 full bedroom, 1 full bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and additional twin bedroom. The one bathroom is located downstairs with a shower. 

The home is equipped with a ramp for easier access into the home.
